These Terms govern your use of gymleverage.com and the GymLeverage tools (the "Service"), provided by Inner Strength Health LLC ("we," "us"). By using or purchasing the Service, you agree to these Terms. Questions? [email protected].
GymLeverage is a suite of software tools for gym owners and trainers. A subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own business for as long as your subscription is active. Your price is fixed at the rate shown when you subscribed, and we hold it for the period stated at checkout while your subscription remains active and uninterrupted. Founding subscribers (the first 25 accounts) keep their rate for as long as their subscription remains active — it does not expire and we will not raise it. Charter subscribers keep their rate for 24 months from first payment, and Early subscribers for 12 months; when those periods end, then-current pricing applies with at least 30 days' written notice. A held rate does not guarantee the Service will run forever, and it ends if the subscription lapses.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
You're responsible for your account credentials and for the data you enter into the tools — including any information about your own members or clients, and for having the right to use it. You can export or delete your data; see our Privacy Policy.
Prices are shown at checkout and processed by Stripe and/or PayPal. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of the period you have paid for. You're responsible for any applicable taxes. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
GymLeverage sends text messages only to people who have asked for them, by ticking a separate, unticked box that says what the messages are for.
Where GymLeverage sends messages on behalf of a gym using the Service, that gym is responsible for holding valid consent from its own members and for the content of those messages. GymLeverage honours STOP replies across every account regardless — an opt-out is respected the moment it arrives, and no setting anywhere allows it to be overridden.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. GymLeverage provides tools and general information — it is not professional medical, legal, financial, tax, or employment advice. You are responsible for how you use the outputs, including any programming, marketing, hiring, or financial decisions. Always use professional judgment and consult qualified professionals where appropriate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inner Strength Health LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update, improve, or discontinue tools, and we may update these Terms. We'll change the date above when we do. Continued use means you accept the changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
