Gym AI OS is a suite of software tools for gym owners and trainers. A "Founding Member" or full purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the tools included in your purchase for your own business. "Lifetime" access means for as long as we continue to operate the Service; it does not guarantee the Service will run forever or that every future feature is included.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
You're responsible for your license key and for the data you enter into the tools — including any information about your own members or clients, and for having the right to use it. You can export or delete your data; see our Privacy Policy.
Prices are shown at checkout and processed by Stripe and/or PayPal. Purchases are one-time unless clearly stated otherwise. You're responsible for any applicable taxes. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. Gym AI OS provides tools and general information — it is not professional medical, legal, financial, tax, or employment advice. You are responsible for how you use the outputs, including any programming, marketing, hiring, or financial decisions. Always use professional judgment and consult qualified professionals where appropriate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inner Strength Health LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update, improve, or discontinue tools, and we may update these Terms. We'll change the date above when we do. Continued use means you accept the changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
