This Privacy Policy explains how Inner Strength Health LLC ("GymLeverage," "we," "us") handles information when you use gymleverage.com and the GymLeverage tools (the "Service"). Questions? Email [email protected].

Information we collect

We keep data collection to a minimum:

• Contact info you give us — such as your name and email when you run the free audit, request your leak report, or buy the product.
• Purchase info — when you buy, payment is processed by our payment providers (Stripe and/or PayPal). We receive confirmation of your purchase and your billing email, but we never see or store your full card number — the card details go directly to the payment processor.
• Data you enter into the tools — the GymLeverage tools store the information you put into them (for example, your gym's clients, programs, or numbers). Depending on the tool, this is stored on your own device and/or in our secure cloud backend so it can sync across your devices.
• Basic technical data — standard server and security logs generated by our hosting provider.

How we use it

• To deliver your audit results and email your leak report.
• To provide, operate, and support the tools you purchase.
• To process your purchase and send you your access details.
• To follow up with you about GymLeverage (you can opt out any time — see below).

Service providers we use

We rely on a small set of trusted providers to run the Service. They process data only to provide their service to us:

• Stripe and PayPal — payment processing.
• Cloudflare — website hosting and secure backend/data storage.
• Resend — sending emails (like your leak report).

Your data in the tools ("your customers' data")

If you use GymLeverage to manage your own gym's members or clients, you are responsible for that information and for having the right to store it. We act as a processor of that data on your behalf and don't use it for our own purposes.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers above, or if required by law.

Text messages (SMS)

No mobile information is ever sold, rented, or shared. Mobile information and messaging consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party or affiliate for any purpose. Information may be shared only with subprocessors that operate the messaging service on our behalf (for example, our SMS carrier), and those parties may not use it for their own marketing.

If you give us your mobile number and tick the box asking us to text you, we use it to send you your audit results and occasional messages about GymLeverage. Specifically:

• We only text you if you asked us to. Consent is a separate, unticked checkbox — never bundled into a form submission or implied by anything else you do. If you don't tick it, we don't store your number for messaging.
• Consent is never a condition of anything. You get your audit report, and everything else we offer, whether you tick it or not.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any message and we stop — immediately and permanently, no reply required from you and no attempt to talk you out of it. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].
• We do not sell or share your mobile number with anyone for their own marketing. It goes to our messaging provider (Twilio) for the sole purpose of delivering the messages you asked for, and nowhere else.

When you consent, we record the date and time, the page you were on, and the exact wording you were shown — so that if you ever ask what you agreed to, we can tell you precisely rather than approximately.

Your choices

• Opt out of follow-up — reply "stop" to any email or text, or email [email protected], and we'll remove you.
• Access or delete your data — email us and we'll help you access or delete the personal information we hold about you.

Data retention & security

We keep personal information only as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your data, though no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Children

The Service is for business use by adults and is not directed to anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy; we'll change the date above when we do. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated policy.
